September 29-30 (Recorded Video) – Job Sharing and Beyond: Ways to Increase Gender Equality
In this video Karin Tischler explains why the internationally focused podcast Job Sharing and Beyond was created. She shares how listening to it will enable people to learn about best practice examples that they may implement in their own organization instead of having to reinvent the wheel. Karin describes the 4 main aspects the podcast guests address to reach gender equality: increased flexible work, more care work done by fathers, enabling professionals to return to paid work after a long absence and recognition of transferable business skills learned during unpaid care work. Karin then gives a quick overview of the international guests that have already been interviewed to give the viewers more details about global best practice methods.
